Study On Behavior Of Pile Under Lateral Load

In this paper, the Behavior of Pile Under Lateral Load are studied. Some Useful conclusion can be made by this research. The main points of this thesis are as the following :1. By learning the paper about the behavior of pile under lateral load ,some numerical method and analytic equation are generalized. A FEA program including M method and P-Y Curve method are worked out.2. By Comparing the different result of P-Y Curve method in different ,some flaws of P-Y Curve used in china are found. An experiment was carried out to get data for the updated P-Y Curve method.3. Using the FEA program which was programmed before to analyze the main factor which will affect the ability of the resistant for the lateral load and the offset of the pile4. Using Ansys FEA program to analyze the behavior of group pile under lateral load and some useful conclusion are gotThe result which are got in this thesis will be useful for the design and the use of the Pile Under Lateral Load5.
