In this thesis, IGCC(integrated gasification combined cycle) unit's gasification system simulation study has been made, taking Buggenum IGCC unit's gasification system(mainly including Shell gasifier and the syngas cooler) as the subject. The dynamic models of Shell gasification system in normal and accident situations have been built, and the accidents include blockages of gaisifier's slag tap and pulverized coal feeding system. The simulation program has been composed using MALAB, and the gasification system has been simulated. The analysis of comparison of the simulation results and the real case has validated the model, and got some valuable results. The simulation model is presented first in domestic literature, which takes the large IGCC unit's gasification system as the subject.
