Mechanism Modeling And Simulation Of IGCC Gasification System

In this paper, we discussed the necessary to develop the technology and simulation of IGCC.The thermodynamic processes and devices of IGCC gasification system were introduced detailedly.The composition of gas which shell gasifier generates were explored too.Based on analyzing the relevant research home and abroad,we took IGCC unit's gasification system as the study which mainly includes gasifier and the syngas cooler.Mathematical models of normal conditions had been set up by the methods of conservation of mass,energy,mole and empirical formulas.We made a reasonable assumption and division on the system . The algorithm had been written by c language.The model was built on the system of STAR-90 for the research of static and dynamic characteristics.And we analyzed the results of simulation.In this paper ,the correctness of the model was verified by the methods of comparing with the literature.This thesis could serve as a solid base for the development of our country's IGCC unit simulation.
