The directly buried installation has become the commend method for the district heating piping networks in China,and the designers in the field are in need of the consult date for the exoteric of probability and systemic introduce the design method for the directly buried heating pipe. So this report is try to carry the point.The discourse contains the four parts:The design theory is mainly discussed in the first part. First the actions(loads) acting on the pipe system are divided into the force-controlled actions and the deformation-controlled actions. The pipeline failure forms in different components induced by different actions are analyzed,and the design method of different components for each failure form are discussed. Finally put forward the lay tenets of the pipeline.The second part put forward basics tenets and count formulas of the pipeline's stress count and stresschecking computations. Bring forward the strength conditions of the different pipe pars. Confirm the stress checking computations ways of the line pipes and corner pipes. According to the movable condition,divided the pipe into the totally restrained pipe and the partly restrained pipe. Put forward the conception and count ways of the most friction extens for no compenstate buried pipe. For the pipe's weakness parts tee,advance the reinforce ways if the strength conditions can not content. Finally put forward the stress checking computations and theleast buried ply of the pipe's vertical stability.The thired part tick off some tye of the lay forms of the design buried pipe. Comfirm the different design tenets and count ways aim at each tye pipe.The installation methods are divided into the cold installation method and the pre-stressing installation method according to whether the temperature of zero stress condition is equal to the environment tenperature or not. Both the pre-heating installtion and the one-time compensator installation belong to the pre-stressing installation. This part also discussed the design of buried anchor and anchor's thrust count ways for each form of the pipe lay.The last part introduce the configuration prefabricat form of the heat preservation pipe,the problems should be adverted in doing with the node and setting of the design buried pipe.
