The appraisals maintenance transform of structure is the question that international universal pay more attention. As the based facility of the industry, the technology state of industrial factory buildings influenced the march of produce. Industrial buildings reliability largely decreased, lots of them face the danger of durability damage. So, Studying the Structural reliability and the reliability degree of the industrial factory in service, assessing the use life, providing the evidence for the maintenance and modification have important significance.Steel corrosion and concrete carbonation is the based reason that caused structural damage and bearing capacity fall. This paper studied the influential factors, the damaged principle and the concrete carbonation regularity under all sorts of environments; at the same time, this paper analyzed the states of durability damage and compared the regularity of concrete carbonation under different environments. The research shows: the damaged degree of structure is affected by environment, quality , maintenance institution. It proves structure design should be aimed at the environment, service demand to design and strengthen management in routine use.Through the investigation research on practical damaged element, considering the effect of corrosion, high temperature, wet environment, damage(crack) on structural durability , bearing capacity . This paper established the reliability analysis method of large-scale industrialfactory, and applied the fuzzy mathematics to establish the factor set and weight coefficient set on the basis of expert experience. An analyzed method for fuzzy evaluation of structural element and bent frame structure system reliability is put forward. Furthermore, reliability and maintenance tactics of industrial factory buildings is studied.
