Currently the methods commonly employed in the durability deterioration analysis of reinforced concrete structures(RCS) are deterministic. The uncertainty of the factors which influence the durability deterioration is not considered. Therefore the analytical results of the durability deterioration are deterministic. However, the process of durability deterioration of RCS is strongly a random process. In the analysis of durability deterioration of RCS, the uncertainty of durability deterioration should be appropriately considered. Employing the probabilistic method in the durability deterioration evaluation is of significance on this aspect. In this thesis, the probabilistic duriability deterioration models of RCS are established through undeterministic analysis to the impact factors, and the time-dependent reliability of RCS is analyzed. The main contents are as following.The main factors which influence the degradation of durability of RCS are analyzed. Various results of durability deterioration of RCS in consideration of the main factors by international and domestic scholars are summarized. The commonly seen durability deterioration models and model parameters in literature are analyzed.A qualitative comparison among the durability degradation models under the influence of the similar factors is made, mainly considering the concrete carbonation and steel-bar corrosion. The applicability of these models is analyzed. The accuracy and scattery of the prediction results of various models is qualified by contrasting them with the thirty-party test data.The influence uncertainty of various factors to the degradation models is considered, and the probabilistic models for durability degradation of RCS are obtained. Prediction of carbonation life and corrosion cracking life of reinforced concrete structures are made in probability based on the obtained models.In the last section, resistance degradation models of RCS and the statistical parameters of the models are introduced. The resistance degradation of corroded flexural member is analyzed. Finally, the time-dependent reliability of corroded flexural member of RCS is computed using the comprehensive time-sequential approach.
