Human Factors In Circumstance Design Of Healthy Residence

With the improvement of living standard, people put forward more livingcircumstance requirements than before. They pay much attention to the fitment,comfort & health of living circumstance. Meanwhile, with the popularity of theecological and healthy residence, people require not only rest, but also comfort andhealth while living in houses. Furthermore, the house should reflect the individualneeds. So, how to design the living circumstance becomes important increasingly.Human Factors (Ergonomics) is the subject that discusses interfacial effect of peopleand environment, tool, equipment, machine in daily life and work. Human Factors(Ergonomics) plays an important role in designing the living circumstance. If weintroduce Human Factors to living circumstance design, we can meet the requirementof the comfort and health of people. In order to meet the applicability requirement, the allocation of furniture andequipment is studied with the anthropometrics data from the angle of human's livingbehavior and habit according to our national traditional culture and our physiologicaland psychological characters in this paper. Besides, this paper discusses the designscheme of the safe, healthy, comfortable and efficient living circumstance based ontheories of microclimate circumstance, illumination circumstance, color circumstance,human's psychological habit and vision feeling, and then the living circumstance tomeet human relations requirement is conceived.
