Research On Green Landscape Planning And Design Of Residential Community Under The Concept Of Green And Healthy Residence

Green and healthy residential communities refer to urban residential communities that focus on people,respect the laws of nature,follow the principles of energy conservation,low-carbon,and environmental protection,and create a stable and prosperous urban residential community with beautiful ecological environment,complete supporting facilities,rich cultural life,orderly service system,and coordinated development with the urban system.Since the 21st century,with the continuous improvement of urbanization,people have higher requirements for spiritual and cultural pursuits and living conditions.Residential communities are the most important living places for people,so it is particularly important to regulate environmental issues and improve people’s lives through the creation of green landscape in residential communities.Based on the theoretical foundation of green and healthy living concepts and residential communities,this study constructs an evaluation system for the expected degree of green space landscape in residential communities,and combines experts and the public to conduct a survey questionnaire to evaluate the expected degree of 12 indicator factors.It proposes design strategies and techniques for green and healthy living community green space landscape,and integrates multiple field principles such as green theory,healthy living concepts,and sustainable development theory to conduct on-site investigation and research,The green space planning and design of the Longhu Chunjiang Licheng residential community in Changsha aims to create a comfortable,healthy,and safe living environment.The main research findings are as follows:(1)Through searching,collecting and sorting out data,this paper combs the concepts of green and healthy living and residential community,summarizes the relationship between residential community and city,grasps the application dynamics of green and healthy living concept in residential community green landscape at home and abroad,the development context and application status of residential community landscape planning design,and compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of residential community landscape planning design at home and abroad,In combination with relevant policies and regulations proposed by the state,improve the theoretical system of residential community green space landscape planning design,and lay a solid foundation for subsequent research.(2)Taking Chengdu Xicun Beisen Courtyard and excellent residential communities in Wuhan Lvjingyuan Community as examples,this paper comprehensively analyzes the design techniques and skills of landscape planning in two typical cases from the perspectives of green comfortable housing and green space landscape planning design of residential communities,which are characterized by healthy and environmental protection technology system,full application of natural materials,and in-depth excavation of cultural heritage,providing good experience for the follow-up of the Spring River and Licheng.(3)Based on field research and questionnaire surveys of several typical residential communities in Changsha,12 indicator factors of green space landscape in residential communities based on the concept of green and healthy living were summarized and extracted.Combining the green area,landscape comfort,environmental viewing,recreational facilities,ecological sustainability,and regional characteristics of residential communities,the weights of each functional element were comprehensively calculated using the AHP method,And according to the scoring method of experts,a functional scoring system is constructed,a model is established,the landscape component factor coefficient of the residential community green space landscape planning design scheme is calculated,and it is sorted to determine that ecological protection,functionality and artistry are the main factors,and important factors such as plant selection and configuration,ecological sustainability design,recreation and facilities design should also be considered.(4)Based on the field survey of the basic situation of Longhu Chunjiang Licheng,including the project background,planning location,natural environment,cultural resources,and the status quo of the base,using the indicator system of landscape composition constructed above,and combining the results of evaluation and analysis,the paper conducts practical research on the landscape planning design of Longhu Chunjiang Licheng green space in Changsha City under the concept of green and comfortable living,and expounds the principles and concepts of landscape planning under the concept of green and comfortable living,The design scheme is discussed from two aspects of building low-carbon,environmental friendly,comfortable and healthy residential communities,so as to provide methods and strategies for the landscape planning and design of Changsha Longhu Chunjiang Licheng under the concept of green and comfortable living.Finally,the landscape planning design strategy under the concept of green and comfortable living is applied to the landscape planning and design practice of Changsha Longhu Chunjiang Licheng.This paper combines theory and practice to deeply understand the concept of green and comfortable living,and applies it to the landscape planning and design of the green space of the residential community in Licheng,Chunjiang,Longhu.It provides reference and guidance for the subsequent landscape planning design with the background of green and comfortable living and health care,and provides some technical support for accelerating the construction of ecological civilization and resource conserving society,and creating a good living environment.
