It is a problem to trace and record the growth of the number of cells manually for a long time. Multi- object Revisit Microscope Image System, based on Cybernation and Computer Graphics, is the integration of microscope , step motor , computer and the software of imaging data processing. It provides an automated approach to the measurement of cellular properties and has the capability of saving and processing image data. It makes user free from the heavy research work and easy to get a value result.The clustering of EGFR on CHL was detected by confocal microscope 20 minutes'. We realize the clustering quantification by Multi- object Revisit Microscope Image System, and we provide some new features into the trial plan based on the system.For a further development, during a long research of Webservice , a system requirement specification is present which includes Requirement Analysis , System Architecture and realization method. As the popularization of network and the improving Processing Capability, it is possible that Webservice will be realized in the coming future.
