The Development And Application Of Zouxian 3# Unit Shaft System's Vibration Monitoring And Analysis

To realize on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis, and to ensure the safe running of the equipment, this paper developed the VMDS (Vibration Monitoring and Diagnosing System) aiming at No.3 unit of Zouxian power plant. The system includes hardware and software. The hardware has the functions of real-time data acquisition and pre-processing. The software makes FFT for the acquired data. The running status of the unit is shown at real time with graphs and data. That makes it possible to know the running status of the unit in time. It also provides basis for fault diagnosis.
