With the tighter environmental regulation,more and more light passenger vehicle enterprises have launched pure electric and hybrid vehicles.owning to its high performance-price ratio,48 V micro hybrid electric vehicle gets more attention.Compare with high voltage hybrid vehicle,48 V is safe for people and low cost,its can also meet the most of motor assist and energy recovery related requirements during driving,has unique advantages.Base on a popular car in Chinese market,firstly,this paper compares the hybrid scheme,determines the arrangement form of P0,calculates the performance parameters of key components of the system,such as BSG motor,48 V battery,DCDC converter,etc.,designs a complete 48 V micro hybrid electric system.Secondly,according to the function of the system,a complete set of upper control program of 48 V micro hybrid system based on Labview is compiled.Finally,modeling and simulation calculations of the system using cruise software to obtain its economic benefits and design real-vehicle tests.The test method is used to obtain the input parameters for the test,conduct the test,and verify the fuel economy gains in the simulation results with the test results Reliable,NVH tests were also designed to verify that the 48 V system also improves the NVH of the vehicle.The results show that the 48 V weak hybrid powertrain designed in this paper not only improves fuel economy,but also improves the Power and driving comfort.Meets the design expectations.
