Implement Research Of Transformer Substation Computer Remote Video Surveillance System

The article mainly makes a profound study on the international standard of MPEG-4 and Real-time Transport Protocol/Real-time Transport Control Protocol,designs and implements the transformer substation computer remote video surveillance system on MPEG-4. After analysis and compare of the international standards of MPEG1,MPEG2 and H.26X,MPEG-4 image compression and network transport control are studied profoundly. A implement scheme of WT-based MPEG-4 image compression encoder and network adaptive transportation is introduced and fully proved.
