In this paper, an experimental investigation on the working characteristics of built-in rotatable spring heat exchanger tube is conducted and applying finite element numerical simulation method the flow field of miniature hydraulic turbine inside heat exchanger tube is analyzed.Firstly, nine springs with different construction parameter are designed to the experiment for investigating the rotation performance, flow and heat transfer characteristics of heat exchanger tube with rotatable spring inserted. According to lots of experimental results, it is found that the number D1/S and D1/D0 have an effect on the rotation performances and flow resistance characteristics of the rotatable spring in the heat exchanger tube, and the influence regulation is acquired from the comparison and analysis. Based on large quantity experiment data, the working performance criterion of rotatable spring is generalized. And then a mean that ascertains the relating equation of the convection heat transfer coefficient in the heat exchanger tube with Matlab nonlinear regress and Wilson method is brought forward.The thesis also simulates the distributing of velocity and pressure of the flow field of miniature hydraulic turbine inside heat exchanger tube with ANSYS software. The ANSYS computational solution accords with the experiment result, which proves that the numerical simulation method is reliable and the dynamics research production is right. The result of analysis shows that the flow resistance computed by finite element method is credible, then the method can be used to forecast the distributing of flow field of miniature hydraulic turbine inside heat exchanger tube moreover substitute parts of experiment.The work of this paper will be useful to the same kinds of inserts' continuative in-depth study and the application in the industry. The investigation on the working characteristics of built-in rotatable spring heat exchanger tube and the analysis of theflow field of miniature hydraulic turbine inside heat exchanger tube are contribute to the improvement of enhanced heat transfer, which has great significance to energy saving, consumption drop and environmental protection.
