Frequency conversion air condition system characters continuous regulating refrigerant volume, Consequently air condition system can be optimized to run in various work condition, and season energy effect ratio (SEER) is enhanced obviously, therefore its control method is a research hotspot in refrigeration field.Currently regulating aim of refrigeration system is either to improve efficiency by controlling the superheat temperature of evaporator or to decrease the loss of on-off operation of compressor by frequency conversion .Nevertheless the relation of different parts of the system is complicated and interactional, Thereby it is difficult to insure that the whole system run in the best control state and to bring out high efficiency and energy saving adequately. So it is necessary to further investigate the output capacity of compressor, opening of Electric expansion valve and speed of indoor and outdoor fan motor, which can systematically improve the efficiency of performance.The paper designs a synthetical control system for frequency conversion air condition, includes design of control system framework design, hardware design and software design, adopts effectual anti-jamming measures with both hardware and software to improve anti-jamming of control system. In the design considers synthetically running condition of each equipment of heat hump air conditioner, by using frequency inversion, thyristor regulation, fuzzy logic control, computer communications etc, lay the certain foundation for exploitation of control system with artificial intelligence, and also provide a kind of valuable approach for energy saving control of home frequency conversion air conditioner.
