| Highway in our country has being built for near 20 years, which has certainly come into being scales and even has the t development endency from plain to mountain areas. And the building of highway in a mountainous area is hard to avoid constructing' tunnel projects because of the demand of design and the limitation of terrain. For short tunnel diffilut to lay wire, it was a kind of effective means to adopt the form of unite arch tunnel. And now unite arch tunnels have been constructed in many highways. The study of construction technics has drew more and more attention of the design, construction and scientific research unit.Unite arch tunnel has its own characteristics which include short tunnel, fleet bury depth and bad surrounding rocks arouses landslide easily in construction. Especially New Austrian Tunneling Method(NATM) construction has sometimes been adopted in highway tunnel project, which has been applied only 20 years in our country, and people are probing into and practicing it. Furthermore tunnel structure commonly is designed by analogy method. On design, often, normally in view of safe consideration, adopt the method that reduction surrounds rock classification and uses fussy construction technology. So as soon as coming, engineering investment is certainly increased and construction project time is prolonged. Therefore how to use reasonable construction method and construct safely and economicly unite arch tunnel gets the universal solicitude of engineering technician. Meanwhile the demand of tunnel information construction research is increasingly emerging.This paper sets forth and analyzes the construction method and technics of uniting arch tunnel by introducing Xiang-shi highway unite arch tunnel project. On the base of introduction of highway tunnel areal geology condition and unite tunnel design, the programme of unite arch tunnel construction is theoretically calculated and analyzed. The tunnel construction course was simulatly calculated by adopting plane elasticity theory and exercising 2D- 6 the FEM analysis system of civil engineering,which mainly analyses the condition of surroundings, deformed condition and the stress distribution condition of rock protect with lining build get force condition and deformed condition. And then according to every process of tunnel construction, simulated analysis is carried out. By combining with monitoring and instrumentation of surround rock periphery displacement and the face of land to sink, surround rock with spray laminating force, surround rock body internal displacement, anchor rod axle force and protect and lining build strength, we have carried out scientific analysis and synthesis judgement of the stability of tunnel wall rock and the security of timbering structure. The parallel ananlysis between calculate results and construction project which offers scientific basis and the optimization of the programme of construction on-the-spot takes important roles. Meanwhile, it analyses waterproof and drainage technic of unite arch tunnel and puts forward reasonable suggestions.According to the research of this program, I have put forward some conclusion and suggestion which ensures tunnel constructional security and structural stability. This result not only has established important guidance role for smoothly accomplishing Xiang-shi highway unite arch tunnel, but will still has certain reference to similar unite arch tunnel construction and will improve the construction level of arch tunnel. |
