With the development of Computer, Power Electronic, sensortechnology, intelligent electric apparatus is the evolutiondirection of electric apparatus in 21 century. Existing contactortesting technology can't meet the requirement of theory researchand production development. Based on analyzing the presentsituation and trend of contactor testing technology, both ofcontactor testing technology and performance evaluation method,are researched in this paper. With a view to the characteristics of contactor dynamic processthat are short-time and great data, DSP is selected as MCU torealize real-time and high-speed collection of the contactordynamic process testing parameters. Field Bus is used in thisdevice to realize remote control, measurement and adjustment. With a view to the contactor counterforce, which was calculatedby the combination of spring-force and mechanical constructionbefore, had the problem of mechanical matching. The contactorcounterforce "one-off" measurement, which is realized by thesynchronization testing of the placement based on opto-mechanismand the spring counterforce for the moving component, is putforward the fist time. The evaluation of contactor performances according as dynamiccharacteristic curves is put forward the first time. Fuzzy logicand neural network are introduced to establish a model for thecontactor performances intelligent evaluation system. The modelmentioned above can give a performance evaluation result in the meanwhileof the contractor dynamic process testing. Visualization technology and database technology are used inthis system for visualization control and data storage, whichprovides a basement for later development.
