With the development of science and technology, the fluidic network theory has attracted the attention of domestic academe, and lots of original achievements and experiences in this field have been reported. However, with the expansion of city dimensions and the continuous rise of people's living standards in China, fluid networks become larger and more complex. Moreover, the more complex a system is, the more difficult it is to design and control it precisely. Thus, in order to analyze fluid networks more accurately and precisely, numerical calculation and corresponding procedures must be used to meet the actual requirements. To solve the above issues, our work in this paper is to discuss the fuzzy analysis of fluid networks and the visualization of its hydraulic calculation.Firstly, based on the summing-up of existing hydraulic calculation methods and mathematical models of fluid pipeline networks, fuzzy set theory is introduced to discuss the fuzzy analysis of fluid networks. After mathematical demonstration and theoretical analysis on the fuzzy set theory, a fuzzy mathematical model is proposed for fluid network analysis, and the corresponding solution algorithm is given.Secondly, in order to optimize the design of the heating pipe network system, the Standard Genetic Algorithms (SGA) is used to select optimized combination of diameters. And a fuzzy controller is designed to improve on the efficiency of the SGA. Besides, the corresponding solution procedure is programmed by C++ language. Finally, a visualized software is developed for pipe network analysis, using the Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and Open DataBase Connectivity technology (ODBC). With the help of mixed-language programming technics, the developed software effectively utilizes the existing FORTRAN hydraulic calculation procedures for fluid network analysis, in which the fuzzy mathematical model is included. The main propose of the visualized software is to analyze and optimize normal pipe networks. As far as mine ventilation systems are concerned, the software can show flow distribution and optimal design of the systems, as well as the humidity distribution of mine passageways and fire prediction etc. In addition, the visualization management platform of fluid network accessories is established. In this paper, a simple and effective way is proposed for fluid network analysis. With the help of fuzzy set thoery, how the output is affected by the imprecision and uncertainty in the input parameters in the deterministic network model is shown, and the established fuzzy mathematical model can be solved using the conventional mathematical methods. Through the analysis of practical engineering, it is shown that the software's drawing mechanism can meet the requirement of fluid network systems, and the analytical function of the software can meet the needs of practical engineering. In a word, the visualized software provides a new and effective method for fluid network analysis, and it can provide some technical supports or policy making for relevant technical staff and managers.
