The Study On Chong Qing CRD's Spatial Structure Mode

The construction and development of city shopping center is always one focus of city planning. Along with the rapid development of the urban economy, most cities are taking a conversion from extensive development in new district to convergent development in city shopping center renewal and new district build. While an urban planning completed, the point of urban planning and build is how to promote the flourish of urban economy by the renewal of the city shopping center.This paper studies the spatial structure of shopping center in Chongqing, with the research in its optimization development. The study point is based on the societal space and commerce space. Review the importance events in history, this paper summarizes the trait of the spatial structure optimization development. And, this paper researches the boundary, the function evolvement, the ground utilization, the commerce model and the city traffic system in new period in Chongqing, uses the theory of urban planning, urban economy, architectonics and a mass of investigation, summarizes a seemly direction of the Chongqing shopping center spatial structure: the plural cores structure, the core-circle structure, the multilateral spatial configuration, the multilateral hiberarchy traffic system, the diversities spatial.This paper falls into five chapters:Chapter I: Preface. This chapter discusses the basic conception, the basic principle, the basicpower and the basic factor.Chapter V: The spatial structure renewal of Chongqing shopping center. Based on the fore paper, this chapter discusses the spatial structure renewal of Chongqing shopping center, discusses the function structure, the spatial configuration, the traffic system and the spatial environment, discusses the renewal model and the adjust of the model.
