《The railway primary technical policy》 (The people's Republic of China claimed that High Speed-Railway and Heavy Carried-Railway should carry on oversetion seamless track. The merit of oversection seamless track is very clear, and the theoretics and practice is gradually maturing. As our county' s area is very wide, and about half of railway distributes in cold area(℃≥90℃),so how can pave overseetion seamless track has been the linchpin problem.In order to realizing High. speed and Heavg carry, It has grant signality to research the constrction techrigues for paving oversection seamless track at cold area. Based on the principle on seamless track and "Quadratie Slack Calculation" ,this research analyzed the distribution of thermal and deformation indide seamless point. Subject to successful experience on how to pave seamless track, enhancing "the fined rail temperature without stress" and stress diffuse centre" was aduanced. That theary ensared highest economic profit and solve the problem on how to pave unitary rail and disperse stress. On the condition of neutrailized temperature after eoldering .section seamless reack and point, oversection seamless track will be finished.
