| Based on the research background of the ground surface movement and deformation of the railway in a mining area,which caused the deformation and stress of the track structure,the numerical analysis and on-site detection methods were used to analyze the advancement direction of the coal mining face and the railway line.The force mechanism of track deformation under the angle is proposed,and a quantitative calculation method and train of thought for the maintenance of railway lines in mining areas are proposed,which provides relevant suggestions and theoretical basis for the maintenance of railway lines and train operating speed in mining areas.Research indicates:(1)When the included angle is 0°,the relationship between vertical deformation and coordinates of the track can be expressed by the function y=ax~2+bx+c,and the longitudinal deformation can be expressed by the function y=asin(wx+φ)+b;When the included angle 0°<θ<45°,the relationship between the vertical deformation of the track and the coordinates can be expressed by the function y=ax+b,and the lateral and longitudinal deformation can be approximated by the function y=K/(1+Exp(a-bx));When the included angle 45°≤θ<90°,the relationship between the vertical,horizontal and vertical deformation of the track and the coordinates can be expressed by the function y=ax+b;when the included angle is 90°,the relationship between the vertical and horizontal deformation of the track and the coordinate can be expressed by the function y=a.(2)The three kinds of track deformation excitation effects have a greater impact on the track stress,but from the perspective of the degree of impact,the track lateral deformation excitation effect has the largest impact on the track stress,the track longitudinal deformation excitation effect on the track stress is followed,and the track vertical deformation excitation effect It has little effect on track stress.Under the condition that the track stress does not exceed its own tensile and yield limits,the maximum allowable values of the track’s longitudinal strain,vertical tilt slope and lateral tilt slope are 0.47%,0.31%and 0.09%.(3)Under actual coal mining conditions,the railways in the mining area will generally produce vertical/transverse composite deformation at different angles.Under operation(10km/h)and speed-up conditions(20,30,40km/h),the rails will be in accordance The management limit for compound irregularity speed limit is 24/24mm,19/19mm,17/17mm,16/16mm respectively,that is,the maintenance must be performed once the compound irregularity value reaches the corresponding limit at different speeds.(4)Under the actual coal mining conditions,in the early stage of the coal mining face advancement,it is recommended that the railway in the mining area adopt the speed-up condition for operation and management;in the middle and later stages of the work face advancement,it is recommended that the railway in the mining area adopt the speed-speed condition for operation management.There are 70 figures,17 tables and 88 references in this paper. |
