With the development of the diversifies of electronic power components and computer technology, power electronics control devices also make great progresses, but corresponding control software makes little progress. Nowadays, when designers want to develop a new control device, corresponding software will still be designed from the very beginning, which makes software development slowly. What's more, much work is redid, so that codes can not be reused. By using the method of modularity to analyse kinds of power electronics control devices, we will find that though they realize kinds of control functions, they all maybe use many the same of modules. So, this paper puts forward to building function modules library, which will include those more used modules in power electronics control devices. Those modules have been successfully compiled and debugged, so that they can be used directly. Those improvement helps accelerating the development of power electronic devices, thereby it can increase labor production rate.This paper also develops a friendly man-machine interface for the designers, through that we can directly measure control results and interrupt control processes. Moreover, we also can adjust system's operation performance through observing data displayed in the man-machine interface and control function, utill it meets our control requirement.
