This paper researches on the design and application of an air traffic control simulation system. The Concept, properties and methods of an aircraft object have been established. The aircraft component is finished ultimately, and its application in air traffic control simulation system is introduced in detail. This paper also introduces the Radar map simulation, aircraft SSR objective simulation and air traffic progress simulation. In addition, according to the requirement of training simulator, using the TCP/IP protocol and UDP protocol develop a multi-roles training system with a supervisor and multi-pilots position in C/S mode.The article is divided into six parts. In the first part, give the goal of the paper and background knowledge, and talk about the advantages of OOT. In the second part, introduce the integral design of the system and analysis the module design. In the third part, emphasis on the OOP and the design of the properties and methods of the aircraft object, and its application in air traffic control simulation. In the forth part, study on the graphic technology in the system simulation. In the fifth part, introduce the design of the structure of the network training environment and its training roles. In the sixth part, the effect of training system and its application are showed.
