| In this thesis, the present situation of flood control in our country is analyzed.After that, the development of non-flood control project measure, and the constructionof flood control project measure is introduced. Based on the reasonable schedule ofthe management and control project measure, the idea of flood control to develop thenon-flood control project measure is proposed. Then, the problem of the flood controland management about reservoirs and its downstream channel is discussed primarily,and some general operation approach of flood control is researched. The followingoutcomes and conclusions have been obtained. (1)Based on the analysis of fundamental and general approach of the reservoircontrol operation, the basic method to estimating reservoir risk is established. Becausethe change of a reservoir capacity relation owning to sediment accumulation couldprobably influence flood control operation and flood protection, by the simultaneousfrequency enlarge method of the measured flood process, the design flood level of thereservoir need to estimated again. Then with the principle of the compensativeregulation of flood control, and according to a new reservoir capacity relation anddifferent limit flood water levels, the flood routing method and the flood ControlIndex of the reservoir have been investigated in the Shizitan reservoir. Though theresearch a new scientific foundation is obtained for the reservoir management andoperation during the period of flood season. (2)Using the hydraulics methods and considering the basic characteristic ofreservoir downstream channel, the flood routing model of the reservoir downstreamchannel is designed by the Preissmann four-point implicit different scheme to solvingthe equation of St.venant simulating the different discharge of Yuqiao reservoir and allthe flood combination of branch river Juhe, the rationality and feasibility of the modelhas been verified by comparing the numerical results to the design results. Moreover,the problem of flood control in the lower reaches of Yuqiao reservoir has been studied,and the feasible measure of flood control has been obtained. The results shows thatthe flood routing model is correct. Then, a reliable foundation of the flood control andmanagement is obtained for Zhouhe river during the period of flood season. |
