Today, automatic control systems have been widely used and developed in every aspect of life, while as the artery in the area of electric drive systems, DC drivers become more and more important in modernization production. For a long time, DC motor has possessed the main role in the area of electric drive because of its neatly adjustment, simple method and smooth timing in a wide range, besides, its control performance is excellent.With the development of technology, people use computers to realize system control more often. In 21st century, digital adjustor has been widely used in various of industrial machines' drive. With its price decreasing and the greatly advancing of technology, the performance of power electronic device has increasingly manifested its superiority in speed regulation of the motor. Some simulations and experiments about this technology are presented in the paper.We have designed the DC drive system of double closed loops according to the methods of the project design, which based on the DC drive regulation principle. After referring to the relative data, combining pertinent information of control theory with the new arithmetic of the DC drive regulation, this paper advances the self-adaptive control arithmetic that based on Fuzzy control in the PID arithmetic of the speed loop. Both the theoretical and simulating analysis have been carried out, so has the experimental research. On the request of high performance of Real-time, the popular microcomputer core DSP is used in the design of hardware, besides, its high speed of running is suitable for the experiment. In the main circuit, the three- phase rectification bridge have been used, which makes it more suitable for the system of high-power timing.The whole system has been simulated with the dynamic simulated tool, SIMULINK of MATLAB6.1 software. The simulated results indicate that, the self-adaptive PID controller based on Fuzzy control has the self-adapt coefficient, thus can self-adapt the control regulations, greatly adapts the wide range of the controlled object's parameters' changing, while the control traits changes little. Therefore it has high robustness and adaptive ability.
