Study On Location Selection Of The Jining Agricultural Science And Technology Park

Agricultural science and technology park displays a completely new economic development model for agriculture and rural area in China. For past ten years, it had played a very important role in the agricultureal modernization for our country. But now the profit of agricultural science and technology park is not good, which will affect its demonstrated ability and drived ability. It consequently gives a bad effect on our country's agricultural development. Therefore, the study on agricultural science and technology park is gaining increasing attention of many scholars. But the study is mainly focused on the existed park and passively given some suggestions, which cannot solve the real intrinsic problems. This paper will be focused on the study on location selection of the Jining Agricultural Science and Technology Park from the point of view of regional planning. And the author wishes that it can give an example for the study on agricultural science and technology park. The main aim is to pursue an efficient method on how to increase the profit of agricultural science and technology park in our country.Firstly, some concepts related to agricultural science and technology park are defined, and therefore, the concept about location selection is also defined by this paper. Then the characteristics of hi-tech agriculture and the factors of location selection are concluded from discussing some location theories, which gives a basic theory for the study on location selection of the Jining Agricultural Science and Technology Park.Secondly, the essential and the feasibility for Jining to build up an agricultural science and technology park are analysed from the viewpoint of Shandong Province and Jining City. And then through analysing the agricultural regional planning of Jining, the dominant products and industries for Jining Agricultural Science and Technology Park are established, thereafter, the basic needs and conditions for location selection of Jining Agricultural Science and Technology Park are concluded. At last the author pre-selected four places for the location of Jining Agricultural Science and Technology Park.Finally, this study is built up a Location Selection Optimized Index System for Jining Agricultural Science and Technology Park, in which the Delphi method is used to define the index weigh and the Probability Evaluated method is used to define the index value. And then this index system is used to optimize the above four locations preselection. At last the author analyses the output and initiatively give some suggestions.
