In recent years, with the penetrating of the reforms of the socialism market economy in our country, the reforms of central heating is on schedule, and heat metering is imperative for the central heating systems of our country. Adjusting of the heat metering systems needs the directions of the new theories and methods, to improve heating automation and of the effect of saving energy of central heating systems, then it becomes the interested problem for researcher how to take adjusting measures well and aptly.The mostly aim of research in this thesis is that applying the theory of hybrid system which is emerging to the heat metering heating system, based on the hybrid control system theory, improving the control measures of the central heating systems, advancing the adjusting performances, satisfying the high requirement for the central heating systems after heat metering.And based on the thoroughly analysis of the hybrid characters of the heat metering heating systems, applying the hybrid control system theory, the paper proposes the hybrid model of the heating system based on hybrid automata, and bring forward adjusting methods for the heating systems. At the same time, with the help of mature control method, continue controller is designed.
