Research To Manufacture The Digital Control Unit Which Is Used In Electric Drive System By DSP

In this dissertation , the speeding adjuster which is the core of drive system is studied. It is based on the item of "863 Plan of State" . The study has two purposes: the first is to realizes government-owned digital speeding ad justor and the second is to research to manufacture the digital plate which have the independence intelligent property right to control.The thesis study lessons from the advanced design in product in abroad and the current excellent result in domestic, putting forward the project of the design digital terrace. By setting up the digital terrace, attain a purpose that plank can be used in other hand with changing slightly hardware, realizes the control unit characteristic of real time and stability. While putting forward construction by the DSP + the ASIC, the control unit can processes digital signal by real time system . The thesis tries hard for programming the function module in software,According to the strategy of company, the thesis complete the direct current control board . In develop process, I worked hard to make the control board to be in general using, it ' s success will pave way for the follow- up development . Finally I acquired the satisfied result in experiment test, realized the expected target.
