Study Judgement System Of Boiler Combustion Stability

We study the ignition and stable combustion mechanism of coal powder, and assure the influence of key factors to the combustion stability, and analyse the new progress of coal powder combustion technique; apply the analytic and statistical method to establish membership function of the influence of key factors to the combustion stability of boiler,and establish a fuzzy comprehensive judgement model of boiler combustion stability. On the base of the above, a judgement system of boiler combustion stability is developed and realized on a 200MW powder station in Hebei Province. The system can judge the combustion stability online, and instructs run personnel to operate rationally, and gurantes the combustion stability of the boiler.
