Field combustion optimization and load test of 6 460t/h boiler for olefin power center. According to the experimental results of coal combustion characteristics and field test results, it is recommended that the boiler is operated in order to reduce the combustion temperature, reduce the slag and improve the efficiency of boiler.In this paper, analyze the influence of coal quality in power plant on the boiler equipment, test boiler cold state power field and thermal performance, then analyze the main reasons for the lower limit of the boiler with the existing coal types, through the optimization of operating parameters and blowing ash optimization, to ease the boiler slag. After optimization and adjustment of the operation, the furnace can be more than 400t/h above the long-term, stable operation. Among them,6#,5# road can be full load stable operation, boiler efficiency is also improved from 89.67% before the transformation to 95.37% after the transformation, more than the boiler design efficiency (92.5%93.0%). To adaptation to coal quality substantially downward fluctuation, and further improve the boiler load capacity is suggested to tangential burner adjustment and transformation in diameter direction of the transformation in order to reduce the size of the circle and control error of installation, improve the safety and economy of boiler operation.
