The Hydraulic Characteristic Analysis And Test Of The Czechic Sub-critical Pressure Once-through Boiler

The paper discussed the development and its application of once-through boiler home and abroad. By means of mix code technology, Visual Basic and Visual Fortran are used for the hydraulic characteristic calculation software development of once-through boiler. The paper takes No.5 once-through boiler unit as an object to study the waterwall evaporation hydraulic characteristic, which is in Shentou No.1 Power Plant, Shanxi Province. Based on the boiler structure and operation data, the simulation results of the software is discussed in detail, and the reason of the heat difference in water wall tubes of the boiler is find out, which is the ruin or wear and tear of inlet throttles. The judgment of the thesis is verified at last by the unit overhaul.
