Research On The Character Of Heat Transfer Of Finned Heat Exchanger

Heat exchangers have been widely used in industry, such as power machine and chemical equipments. For the later working in a good condition, the heat exchangers play an important role. With the development of the technology, the traditional methods about the devices of heat exchangers have been gotten behind .The exchangers have been become more and more compact, light and high effect. And at the same time it's very difficult to deduce the formulation of the liquid flow and heat transfer in the fin of the heat exchangers, because of the complex structure .The paper simulates the follow and heat transfer of the liquid of the plate-fine heat exchangers through the CFD, and the result of simulation is right through the experiment. The main works included in the thesis are as followed:1.The general developing situation and research method of the plate-fin heat exchangers are discussed at first;2.Some basic elements of the flow and heat transfer of the plate-fin heat exchangers are discussed in detail. These theories are the basis of simulate of the liquid of the plate-fin heat exchangers;3.Participating in the testing system of plate-fin heat exchangers and making some experiments about 385Z-6 and 292H-4,a type of plate-fin heat exchangers;4.Simulate and display the temperature field and velocity field and pressure field of the liquid of the plate-fin heat exchangers;5.Provide a method for the optimize device of the heat exchangers.
