The wear of diesel engine fuel pump plunger, delivery valve and fuel injector has direct effect on the fuel supply law The formula of quantitative relationship between three-coupled parts wear and fuel supply quantity has been established by using square rotation cross-regression design based on experiments The principle and subordinate factors affecting oil supplying quantity have been made more clearOn the other hand, based on the test outcome, the fuel supply quantity can be directly predicted with the data of the sealing of the three-coupled parts for a given diesel engine Or given the fuel supply quantity and the sealing of the two-couple parts, we can know whether another pair part is in use or notConsidering the pressure wave of the variation of the wearing pair-parts in fuel system of diesel engine, the pressure waves of the plunger pair, fuel delivery valve pair and needle valve pair of fuel injector were measured under the wearing conditions with the method of distinguishing the pressure waves in high pressure pipes so as to study the wearing degrees of the pair-partsIt has important practical and applicable meaning to study this problem, which provides credible malfunction diagnostic ways on the precision pair-parts in fuel system of diesel engine to carry out GB/T18344-2001---The Criterion On Maintenance ,Detectability andDiagnose Of Auto.
