In recent years, the world’s energy crisis is increasingly highlighted. Because ofincreasingly stringent emission regulations and more and more attention are paid onenvironmental protection for the people from all over the world,there is an urgent need toseek alternatives to fossil fuel.Because of its economic, efficient and clean, natural gas anddiesel dual fuel engine become viable alternatives to diesel engine. Fuel injection pump is animportant part of the fuel system of natural gas and diesel dual fuel engine。the performanceof diesel engine emissions, economy and power of the engine are determined by the flow ofoil and the uniformity of the fuel injection pump。The main content of This article is asfollows:Firstly the paper introduces the development of diesel engine and natural gas engines andpoints out the advantages of the dual fuel engine。Then it introduces the development situationat home and abroad of the fuel injection pump and various types of fuel injection pump testbench。It detailed introduces the basic structure and working principle of12PSD10055fuelinjection pump test bench。It puts forward the complete pump oil in fuel injection pump testbench and its uniformity test according to the task. The accessories of the specifications of thevarious experiments, including angular-rate sensor, electrical machine etc. were determined.Then the experimenter combined the test equipment to do experiment and got experimentdata, measured the amount and uniformity of the fuel injection pump fuel injection quantity,and further provided data basis for the opening of the throttle lever of30%of diesel fuelinjection pump quantity. Then the experimenter analyses the experimental data and got thereason of the uniform of the fuel injection pump fuel injection quantity: the inequality of eachcylinder plunger matching parts wear, the fit clearance adjustment of Fuel injection pumpparts, each cylinder’s delivery valve couple sealing is inconsistent。And fuel injection quantityvaries with the change of turbo pressure compensator and the reason.Finally the paper puts forward the handle opening corresponding to30%of diesel fuelinjection pump throttle speed, laying the data support for next experiment.
