Improvement Combustion System is a valid approach in order to enhance the capability of vehicle-use Diesel Engine .Combustion chamber is count for much an aspect to Combustion System.Improvement combustion chamber construction, and organization reasonable air flow and fuel flow in the combustion chamber,and take full advantage of swirl and squish,which are validate to improve admixture and burn quantity of fuel and compressed air, increase diesel engine capability.According to the research result about LF4108Q vehicle-use diesel engine, in conformity to modern combustion chamber development trend, use for Double Swirl combustion chamber construction,design second-improvement combustion chamber and match with LF4108Q Diesel Engine.After experiment and debugging, and investigate out the best matching parameters about second-improvement combustion chamber and fuel system.Compare their bestness characteristics of diesel engine on power,BSFC,Rb and Exhaust Temperature when adoptedsecond-improvement combustion chamber, first-improvement combustion chamber and original combustion chamber, investigate the combustionchamber construction to influence diesel engine capability; compare of three types combustion chamber capability, and conclude that second-improvement combustion chamber received the designed purpose.
