Nowadays the research on the intelligent control unit based on fieldbus is a hot research in the industrial automation. New electro-hydraulic proportional components, such as valve, which integrate sensor, measure enlarger and controller becomes a new direction of electro-hydraulic technology. Following this trend, a new intelligent electro-hydraulic proportional valve was put forwarding in this paper. Micro-controller was integrated in the new valve, and fieldbus technology was introduced for net communication. All of this make the function of proportional valve control system perfecter and adapt the new development demand of modern auto-control field.The main research work include as following:A new intelligent electro-hydraulic proportional valve model was put forward combined with research production indoor and abroad. Some popular fieldbus protocols were researched, and CANBUS was selected asfieldbus interface of new intelligent electro-hydraulic proportional valve.The application lever of CANBUS and hydraulic device profiles were studied. A intelligent control arithmetic, which can be used in micro-controller system, was put forward. It is control parameters fuzzy self-tune PID control arithmetic. A intelligent electro-hydraulic proportional valve controller whose core is micro-controller was designed. The preliminary experimental research is carried out on the controller designed, and the experimental result show that the design is correct.In this paper, some first step of research work was proceeded and a kind prototype was designed, according to demand of the development of the electro-hydraulic control technique. However, there is still much work for us to do in order to constitute a complete set of intelligent electro-hydraulic proportional valve, which will be carried on in our future research.
