This paper is available for "the electro-hydraulic proportional pressure-flow control system laboratory tab" in Chang'an University.Under the existing laboratory equipment, we have built a good proportion of electro-hydraulic pump controlled motor system and the electro-hydraulic proportional valve controlled motor system, but how can we put on a load to the motor under the laboratory conditions, and how can we control the applied load, we have done no specific research.This thesis based on actual needs, design and construct the electro-hydraulic proportional loading system.First we determine the way how to put on a load to the motor:use the proportional valve by changing the eventual realization' side of the outlet pressure of the secondary components. we use the existing components of hydraulic test stand, design and build the electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve loading system and the electro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve loading system, we analyzed the structure of proportion valves who are core components of our systems. Then we analyzed the principles and applies of two systems.The ratio for the designed loading system, we establish their mathematical model, and then we analysis that the quality and the static characteristic of systems can not meet the actual needs, so we proposed a fuzzy-PID control strategy. Subsequently, we use the available information and the MATLAB software to draw the voltage-torque curve of systems, then we use the simulink software, by analyzing the simulation results, we obtained that a fuzzy-PID control strategy is good for electro-hydraulic proportional loading system.
