The technology synchronous record and synchronous recurrence of motion means to collect and write down to the computer the motion signal and local video audio signals synchronously while goal object moves, and the motion can be reproduced by the motion simulator and figure computer afterwards. It is a new and high technology,and be studied just in recent years over the world. It have extensive application prospects for fly and drive simulation, " black box " of the plane vehicle,automobile experiment , military training and game entertainment industry etc. The object has 6 degree of freedoms(DOF) to move freely on the space, but because the object moves and is often restrained, and it is below the sports of 6 DOF to go on, the most common one is 3 DOF. So carry on the research on the synchronous record and synchronous recurrence technology of 3 DOF motion is of great meaning both in the theory and practice.We combined the applicantion-based project of synchronous record and synchronous recurrence technology of 3 DOF motion which is supported by Jilin Province. Based on the research of domestic and international theories of parallel mechanism,motion simulator, digital video and wireless network communication, etc. The dissertation does thorough research the technology of synchronous record and synchronous recurrence of 3 DOF motion, we have set up the system of synchronous record and synchronous recurrence of 3 DOF motion. It can finish online simulation,synchronous record and synchronous recurrence of 3 DOF motion. Divide the whole system into the wireless network communication subsystem in the dissertation, motion signal,video audio signals synchronous record subsystem, synchronous recurrence subsystem, have explained in detail that every subsystem's function, operation principle and hardware. At the same time we do research and analyze of kinematics and servo system of the hydraulic pressure of 3 DOF motion simulator, have finished the design of hydraulic pressure system and servo controller. Have done the detailed explanation too in related software development to system, and finished analyze by the test finally.Combining the reserch of theory and experiments, we have achieved the conclusions as follow:1,We have realized synchronous record of 3 DOF motion signal and video audio signals. Adopt the acceleration to examine the displacement law to measure 3 DOF motion,Assign three acceleration sensors at goal body according to certain form to measure the line acceleration or angle acceleration firstly,adopt special integral algorithm to solve the line displacement and angle displacement to following, finish the collection of 3 DOF motion signal. Utilize videos card,color vidicon and stereo set to collect the video audio signals at the same time,and adopt the professional software to edit video vision , guarantee all the signals be collected simultaneously strictly.2,We have realized online simulation of 3 DOF motion. Convey from the sensor signal of the acceleration of local computer to the host computer by wireless network communication at first, host computer sends signals to the servo controller to control the motion of 3 DOF motion simulator, realize the online simulation.3,We have set up the synchronous recurrence subsystem for 3 DOF motion and video vision and audio. Host computer sends signals to the servo controller to control the motion of 3 DOF motion simulator to realize the recurrence of the motion, figure computer control player to realize video and audio recurrence at the same time. Two computers adopt wired network link, keep the real-time communication, when the host computer controls motion reproduce beginning or finish, sends news to figure computer, so master control program and video program begin, over synchronously, guarantee motin and video all be reproduced simultaneously strictly.4,Finished the kinematics analyse of 3 DOF motion simulator, it discussed the degree of freedom of 3-RPS simulator and deduced both direct and reverse kinematics equations.
