Spanned-type development on the high-speed passenger & cargo transportation is the main rhythm of the current railway development in our country. And, improving the smoothness, safe reliability and amenity of train operation is one of the subjects about the high-speed train dynamics. In our country, it is almost to use the foreign advanced oil-pressure damper for our newly-made quasi-high-speed and high-speed train so as to improve their dynamic performance. In order to accelerate turning the foreign high-speed train oil-pressure damper to the homemade one and import, absorb the advanced technology of the train oil-pressure damping, it is necessary to own the advanced and reliable testing equipment of the oil-pressure damper. In this thesis, the high-speed train damper experimental bench is developed to serve testing damper's dynamic characteristics and to present the strong guarantee for studying roundly it.Firstly, the oil-pressure damper's function on the high-speed train and its dynamic characteristics are introduced briefly and the structure and principle of the damper experimental bench at home and abroad, performance data and curves of the damper tested on this experimental bench are analyzed in this thesis.Secondly, the main technology indexes of the high-speed train oil-pressure damper experimental bench are put forward and its conceptual structure is analyzed; its composition is introduced and the types of key parts of it are chosen; its process control means is analyzed and the flow block diagram of the special software for computer testing-controlling is designed; the key links such as the acquisition and processing of experimental data are analyzed.Lastly, this bench is debugged and its main technology indexes are proofed by experiment. Furthermore, the performance experiments of the foreign train oil-pressure damper are performed and some correlative conclusions are gained by comparing the experimental data.
