Considering that the strength of the air force of our country is far backward than that of the advanced countries, the ammunition-possessed airplane is very difficult to break though the deterring system of the enemy, so it is necessary and workable to develop anti-radiation cartridge which is based on land-to-land missile to attack the core of the Tactical Missile Defense System-control-and-guide radar in far distance accurately.This paper analysis the damage character mainly about the "Patriot" missile weapon system, and puts forward damage criterion of its core-AN/MPQ-53 phased array radar. Based on this criterion, this paper chooses fragmentation elements and designs a new fragmentation-explosion- inflammation warhead model by numerical simulation. Finally, it is gained the best end-point flight pose of the missile and the best detonating height of the fuse and the control-and-guide precision that a missile damages a "Patriot" radar thoroughly through optimizing the damage power of the warhead by numerical simulation.
