The ideal working circumstances of the crane should be that all the cartwheels are rolling without slipping on the rails, i. e. the working cartwheels' edges do not contact with the rails, namely there are clearance between the cartwheels and the rails. But actually the big vehicles or the small vehicles are moving , the cartwheels' edges contact with the flank of rail, then coming into being the flank stress , so the wheel edges and the flanks of rail produce extrusion. The serious abrasion or the phenomenon of mold distortion brings to birth. The kind of phenomenon is called of gnaw track of Crane big wheel. Crane big wheel moving gnaw track is a widespread phenomenon and easily works the serious jeopardizes. People have done a great deal work to alleviate the serious jeopardizes and there are few effect to them .Along with the development of the present-day cybernetics , the mechanism technology , the computer science, the electrotechnics , the electronics provide the powerful measure. This thesis is based on the objective.Because the crane have the sufficiently important status at the whole country economy materiel convey. For a long time in order to settling the gnaw rail problem a great many endeavors and attempts having been done by people. From the rail, the cartwheel, the bodywork, lubricating, configuration , these different aspects are adjusted and optimized , but the effect isn't all right. The writer think out that the completely new way to settling the gnaw rail problem is correcting the deflexion of crane frame to the rails and keep the cartwheel runes along the rail central line. From the new point of view putting forward that improve the constructional precision and the level rigidity of the bridge of the crane and come true the correcting deflexion in the running course. To measure the relative angle variety of the crane to the railway by using the revolving coding instrument make certain the response equation and the corresponding controlling period by the dynamic response equation. The writer have researched and developed a real-time controlling system by the searching problem and come true the correcting deflexion in the running course, and that the practicaleffect is better in practice.The primary investigation having done of the thesis is that following:Firstly, to searching and analyzing the status quo of the gnaw track of the crane , to put forward the real-time correcting deflexion measure of the thesis. The real-time correcting deflexion is to come true the dynamic self- rectifying in the course of moving by the CPU to collect the deflexion signals.Secondly, using the crane running mode theory, the singlechip technique, the electrotechnics, the electronics technique, the computer technique, the sense organ principium as base. To analyzing the moving status of the traveling crane, then select, design and make sure the collectivity blue print of the controlling system. In the light of the tentative plan that to father the gnawing track should hold back the deviating of the crane frame, then the running electromotor of the big vehicle should be changed into the changing frequency driving mode.
