Bridge crane develops a significant role in industrial modernization process,but when it working,the wheels always gnaw rail,lead to the edge of the wheel rapid abrasion,the lifespan from eight to ten years down to several months.Following the gnaw rail,not only the edge of the wheel be cut,but also capsized,even be wedged into the components,could not turn,even more result the edge of the wheel rupture,losing director,and the bridge crane will divorce the rail,flopping to earth.Both gantry crane and bridge crane all exist levels gnawing rail,but the Four Drive Bridge Crane is the most.Because of there is a driving system in each corner of the Four Drive Bridge Crane,so it can smooth working,even one suit appear malfunction,the others also can make the crane work,this characteristic is very applicable for the steel and iron manufacture.However the four driving systems independent mutually,exist each braker's braking not the same ? wheel's surface atrit differently,starting and ending are not then synchronous,and so on,especially the Four Drive Bridge Crane baked by liquid hot metal long time,bridge structure distort,lead the perpendicularity and the parallelism of wheel bad,causing that crane wheel gnaw rail.This Paper analyzed the factors of wheel and track interference from bridge structure?wheel and track's angle,all this affect the parallelism and perpendicularity of the wheel at last.This Paper calculate the static force used finite element analysis software,wielding wheel and track contact theory dissect abrasion in-depth,obtain the max angle of the wheel for permission.This Paper from the wheel shape of surface optimized taper permissible value,controlling the contact stress,achieve the aim of prolonging the wheel used time.This paper mainly on steel making company of Anshan Iron and Steel Limited by Share Ltd Four Drive Bridge Crane wheel gnawing rail were analyzed.It exhaustively analysis the possible factors what cause the gnaw rail systematicly,and obtains the main elements that affect the gnaw rail,and optimize design the main factors to reduce the wheel gnawing rail,and simulate analysis through the ANSYS system to verify whether found gnawing rail linchpin,achieve the purpose of elongation the lifespan of the wheel ultimately.
