At present, the valveless hydraulic drill is wildly used in many fields. Comparing with the development of the abroad and analyzing the native practice, we take the valveless hydraulic drill that hasn't formed mature theories as the object and make the study with the technology of computer imitation. The main contents of the study are as follows. 1.The accumulators of the hydraulic drill have been carefully analyzed and studied. The expansion ratio of the accumulator diaphragm has been recommended. On the condition of the minimum expansion ratio of the diaphragm,that the life of the accumulators can be effectively improved has been putted forward. The minimum expansion ratio should be regard as one of the important basis to select the characteristic parameters and to design construction of the accumulators.2.After analyzing the structure of past drill,a design plan of valveless hydraulic drill is given according to its practical work condition. The qualitative study on the valveless hydraulic drill is made.3.On the basis of qualitative analysis of impact mechanism, the relation between the gas change of accumulators and structure parameters is set up with the principle of dynamics and gas dynamics. The function parameters of the drill are linked with its structure parameters by mathematics formulas, that is, the mathematics model of the impact mechanism is set up.4.Through the computer imitation study of the dynamic process, the solution of the model is given. Through the imitation analysis of the factors affecting the performance of impact mechanism, the relation between the performance and factors is ascertained. 5.Through optimizing the parameters of the impact mechanism and using of the result above, the optimum result on the impact mechanism is obtained, which has had practical consult value to design valveless hydraulic drill.
