The accumulator has always been considered to be the only energy component of hydraulic impactor. However, the impactor can still work without the accumulator in practical application, only to find that its performance has declined more or less. The reason is that the effect of the high pressure hose has been neglected .In view of the situation ,this paper goes deep into the effect of the high pressure hose ,and take comprehensive study of the hydraulic rammer without accumulator .The distributed parameter model and lumped parameter model have been established in order to study the situation .of course ,the models have been simplified so that can be simulated very conveniently .Subsequently ,on the basis of the mathematical model of hydraulic impactor with accumulator and the mathematical model of the hose ,the mathematical model non-accumulator has been constituted .The simulation has been put up to study the hydraulic impactor without accumulator .Through the simulation ,it's seen that the frequency ,the energy and the efficiency of the impactor has all declined more or less, of which the most obvious is efficiency .At the same time ,the hose plays an important role in storage without accumulator .Additionally, the thesis has also traversed the parameters of the hose (such as the length, the inside radius and the elastic modulus) which can affect the performance of the impactor .Hose length on the impact of the response has been studied together .The result indicates that adopting hose with longer length and bigger inside radius can improve the performance of the impactor .The longer length of the tube responses slower. At last, the above theoretical study has been proved to be accuracy via experiment.The research results of the article have developed the use of the hose in hydraulic impactor, and the mathematical model of the hose is valuable for theoretical reference. The research on the performance of the impactor without accumulator has provided a guidance of practical application for the rammer. Meanwhile, it can also provide a theoretical guidance for the design and manufacture of a new non-accumulator hydraulic impactor.
