| Nowadays ZL50 wheel loader is one of the predominant and highefficiency types in the field. Its cooling system is engine-driven highefficiency fan that cool the cooling machine directly. The ability of thistraditional cooling system can only vary with rotation speed of the fan(ie therotation speed of the engine). It can not adjust automatically with heat load ofthe machine. The temperature rises slowly when the working temperature islow; its cooling capability is insufficient when the environment temperature ishigh, which will hamper the proceeding of work. This research is an improvement on designing of cooling system, whichutilize mature technique in car. Considering the feature of ZL50 wheel blade,we change the arrangement and structure of radiator, radiator with SCM(singlechip micyoco), thus fulfill the objective of automatically adjusting thecapability of cooling with need, especially when wheel loader work at hightemperature, avoid deficiency of cooling ability. Frequent pause and discontinuous work due to the cooling system aremain complains from the user to domestic engineering machine and has beenconfronting the factories for long time. This research provided an idealsolution to this problem and proceeds in the domestic research on this matter. In conclusion, this device reduces engine warm-up time at lowtemperature, increases thermal efficiency, boosts up adaptability of enginecooling system in different working status. It improves the working conditionfor wheel loader work under high temperature and significantly increases theability of the machine to work continuously for long time. It will be of greatimportance to apply this technique in domestic wheel loader and otherengineering machines. |
