In the research we designed a new style cooling system. It can settle the over heat problem of engine and hydraulic oil system which often happens in the construction machinery engineering construct process. This thesis has divided the original cooling system of the engineering machinery into two independent cooling systems: the engine cooling system and hydraulic oil cooling system, the two cooling systems are controlled by the one-chip compute control system. The engine cooling system cool to the engine alone, it adopts hydraulic to drive the cooling fan, and the rotational speed of fan and water pump is controlled by the overflow of the electromagnetic proportion valve. According to the cooling liquid temperature one-chip computer control system can regulate hydraulic urge oil passage electromagnetic proportion is it shed the flow of overflowing of the valve to overflow, and then control the rotational speed of the fan and water pump. In the hydraulic oil cooling system, the cooling fan adopts the electrical machinery to urge, according to the temperature of hydraulic oil one-chip computer control system control the state of electrical machinery. The driver ways of cooling fan in two systems are different, and work alone according to different cooling requirements separately.This article contents mainly include: Completion of the design plan, hardware circuit design, software design, the match between control system and electromagnetic proportion, the anti-interference of control system, and etc. The hardware circuit design of one-chip computer control system mainly includes A/D change circuit, D/A change circuit, odd parts of enlarging circuit etc. Adopt the module to design program in software design, procedure module mainly includes temperature circulation sample the module, figure strain module, temperature control procedure module, conversion program module of D/A, To procedure module, etc. Software design strives to be succinct, using the subprogram in a large amount, it will make the procedure apt to expand and revise easily.In a word the testing result indicate that this cooling system can resolve the overheat problem of engine system and hydraulic system effectively, at the same time it also is easy to fix, source saving and with high power than the traditional cooling system. If we popularize it, we will obtain some economic benefits.
