With the deregulation of the electric industry, it became necessary to build the electric marketing system. The State Power Company proposed "Realize aggiornamento of electric marketing management by science and technology progress." as a slogan. So far, the studies and applications of this question are focus on data management and collecting report forms without data analysis. Most of data analysis is only based on load forecasting methods. It is difficult to build up modern electric marketing system by these theories.Under the background, a new method of electric marketing analysis is proposed based on modern Marketing, Data Mining, Multi-statistic theories and technologies in this thesis. The idea was presented in this paper to support a full understanding of characteristic patterns and rules such as correlation among the market conditions, electric power consumption and the main factors, which made the consumption fluctuating. By using these patterns and rules, better business strategy planning can be drawn up.In this thesis, the model of electric marketing includes the data model and the analysis methods model. The data model, called Electric Marketing Space, contains and organizes all the historical electric deals information for analysis methods model. The methods model is composed of several methods including data mining (association rules mining, decision tree mining) and sensitivity analysis methods. Data mining, a technology of knowledge discovery, is introduced to understand the pattern and rules about the fluctuation of electric power consumption with the condition factors in the electric market. Sensitivity analysis method, based on multi-statistic technology, builds up the mathematical analytical model between electric power consumption and factors of electric market condition.Based on the ideas of this thesis, the software of electric marketing decision support is researched and developed. The design of the software applies advanced software technology. Marketing strategy can be put forward based data analysis by this software.
