| Stealing electricity is the behavior that customers, in order to achieve pay less or not pay electricity, use secret illegal means to object occupation power. The main body of the behavior of the customers, the occupation of the object is power, and the body is invaded by the relevant power supply companies.Loss of stealing behavior related businesses and sectors is enormous, not only huge economic losses, but also a serious security risk.In this paper, the existing anti-stealing-electricity techniques is analysized, pointed out the advantages of the existing power protection technology and the corresponding lack. Based on the analysis, a corresponding anti-stealing-electricity evaluation system is established,and the research framework of anti-stealing-electricity is proposed based on data mining. According to operation data, the model of anti-stealing-electricity is proposed to find the grid user who have the behavior of the excavation. At lase, the proposed algorithm based on data mining is put into the power grid, the results demonstrate the reliability and validity of the method. |
