New View Of Planning Environments In Community

On the premise of solving basic inhabitation requirement, people intersperse the request of residential environment from the indoor equipments to outdoor environment and landscape. Especially after SARS, people pay more attention to the living environment in community. The gardenlization community is not only health and comfortable, beautiful and pleasant, but also can improve the image of city and contribute to form the rational urban ecosystem. However, the planning and design of the community emphasis too much on vision landscape, considering insufficient to people behaviorment and psychology. It caused the community lacked the function of environment control, and region characteristic. The thesis put forward a new view to the environment planning and design of the community - gardenlization community. It contents with the planning and design of the gardenlization community , systematically and wholly , using multi-disciplinary knowledge, combining the design and construction of the present community closely, study and reach systematically and wholly.The first part of the article confirms the necessity of gardenlization community planning and design, then put forward the concrete intension and design principles of gardenlization community, after reviewed in residential history, anglicizing the problems and summarizing factor in community environmental construction presently,.The second part of the article using the garden theory, the place theory, natural ecology theory and inhabitation environment psychology theory, research and summarize the theoretical designed of gardenlization community.The third part of the article summarizes three respects of the design methods on the basis of theoretical research, namely multi-space arrangements, multi-function comprehensive and multi-level compositions.The fourth part of the article is practice two different kinds of communities such as the development of a new community on a large scale and transformation of community in downtown on small-scale to verify the effectiveness suitability of the planning and design methods.The thesis tries out to seek out the planning and design method suitable for thegardenlization community, expecting to offer the referential science methods to the environment of community.
