Study On Gray Clustering Diagnosis And It's Aplication Of Transformer Insulation Fault Based On DGA

The operation reliability of the power transformer as the key equipment in electrical power systems, influences operation security of electrical power systems directly. In accordance with the technological difficulties encountered in the process of insulation supervision based on the Dissolved Gases Analysis (DGA), several kinds of model and method are presented to improve the reliability and precision of fault diagnosis of the power transformer. Main research content includes:l)The actuality and significance of on-line detecting and fault diagnosis technology of gases dissolved in oil are analysed, and the relationship between ordinary faults inside transformer and gases dissolved in transformer oil are studied too. The components and contents of gases dissolved in transformer oil can be used to reflects internal insulation faults of operating transformer.2)Through studying the three-ratio method which is the common transformer faults diagnosing method, thought it is very accurate, it is inability to faults diagnose of electrical equipment such as transformer that the fault reason, phenomenon and principle coexist indeterminacy ect. For this reason, the old methods can not fally meet the need of engineering practical application.3) By analyzing the principle and expound the methods of thecand the gray relationship clustering, the gray clustering matrix and method are presented.The gray clustering is a method that gather some obseration quotas or obseration objects to be some definable classification according to the gray relationship clustering matrix or gray albescent authority function.According to the fault diagnose of electric equipments such as large-sized power transformer ect,the chief problem is correct identify which type the fault belong to based on the characteristics that reflect the transformer faults.4)Though instance analyse of gray clustering diagnose which the characteristics is DGA and it's practical application analyse on transformers of YiBin power station,the diagnose result of transformer fault using gray clustering theory and the result of hanging core check almost correspondence match,diagnose has better accuracy.
