Development Of New Torsion Testing Machine For Clutch Drivern Plate Under The Windows Operating System

A new torsion testing machine for driven plates of automobile clutch, which is important testing equipment in automobile component industry, has been presented in this paper. Development of such machine will promote the driven plates' quality and give impetus to national automobile industry.The developing process of the rigidity-testing machine and durability-testing machine are described in details in this paper. Two sets of checkout equipment are both electromechanics' integrated systems based on IPC (Industrial Personal Computer), Which involve the control technology of the computer , technology of the sensor , technology of gathering and disposing signal ,etc. besides mechanical structure. Thesis explain every operation principle of part the above separately, and detail three functions of the observe and control system : automation, hand work and adjusting the parameter.Combining the characteristic of the Windows operating system, it is analysed that a software structure mode should be adopted under the environment of Windows. Through adopting a tactics that combining the application layer of many thread with the driver layers of gathering data in real-time, it have solved coordination problem of many tasks and real- time character under Windows system. Author realize concretely this software structure mode concrete by adopting C ++ language, and realize every testing function .Through pointing out the characteristic difference from the rigidity-testing machine and durability-testing machine, Author put forward a tactics on the basis of gathering datum by dividing odd-even sampling cycle. The scheme are also indicated that gathering datum in real-time based on DMA. It solves the two equipment's contradiction between integrality, continuity in gathering datum with the many task. It is made a deeper analysis and discussed in theory about the above content on the thesis.The two new testing machine has been passed the reception testing, and has a perfect performance in practice. The work of developing is proved to be success.
